Requirements
To revamp 3 regional websites for the client, HK , US and UK. Raw designs are given from client marketing team. Task is to implement CMS for the website which allow end-users to update content directly. Content are maintained by different teams in the firm.

Backend module is required to pull data from Client’s database.

Challenges
Further research required for testing and querying data from Client’s backend database.
Work liaise and co-ordination with Client’s IT department.
Easy-to-use Administrative Portal on CMS for clients to update content – permissions by different user group.
Require web-server configuration and setup for the client.
Each of the 3 sites are very similar in terms of function, except for some parts.

Reflections
Websites were successfully deployed in phases. User guides were written and training provided to different end-users with regards to the CMS administration. There are quite a few post-production support tasks in terms of updating content from users – this was expected.
