We created a job posting system for the Education University of Hong Kong which is equipped with one-stop online recruitment functions, enables users to conduct online job applications in more efficient way. There are four kinds of user level to differ in the authority and usage of the system. As for the administrative part, administrators have the approval rights towards employers and candidates to do submission, are also able to update content in the site, download statistics and post out consultation time slots for students to participate in. Students can store their resume in the site, do online job applications and attend consultation. For employers, they can submit job details and review candidates’ details.
