Traditional Chinese Mari-Cha Lion Origami Red Pocket

For the promotion of exhibition - Roaring Guardians: The Mari-Cha Lion with Asian Traditional and Contemporary Art during the Chinese New Year period, Asia Society Hong Kong Center invited Happihood Design to design the Mari-Cha lion in origami form and create a red packet for users to play with.

Apart from the Mari-Cha lion origami red packets, Asia Society Hong Kong Center also invited Happihood Design to produce a video demonstration to enhance the audience’s engagement. Moreover, a Mari-Cha lion origami workshop was carried at their traditional family day a week before the Chinese New Year.
