Our previous projects are predominantly dealing with corporates, who might or might not have an in-house creative team. We, therefore, accumulate the experience in serving corporate as an external creative department. They call it retainer services for big corporate. However, when comes to Small Medium sized companies (SME) in Hong Kong, we found that they can’t afford to hire a creative agency on an ongoing basis. Most likely, they only hire a creative agency when there’s a big project, and only have an unskilled or part-time worker to complete their small scale design tasks. As a result, the outcomes overall are inconsistent, some are good and some are not. We came up with an idea to provide the retainer service to SME at an affordable rate. -Show less
